The Morning After

I received a care-package today from Arts & Crafts at the radio factory (oh I hope my Herschel laptop sleeve comes soon).

The band is called The Darcys and their third record is called Warring (out now on Arts & Crafts).

Groovy people in the know, said groovy things.  This blog guy came out of hiatus to write how great his writing the band is!

I’m ready to hit play on a couple cuts.  Let’s check out feature song “The River” and noisy freakout “Hunting.”

I like that. Big, beautiful, moody sounds.   “Hunting” reminded me a bit of later Bloc Party.
