Back in Vancouver after another great weekend on the Island.
On the ferry over to Victoria on Friday night, I read this amazing story of a young man, diagnosed with terminal cancer, who made the journey from Mexico to Canada along the Pacific Crest Trail. Unreal.
I don’t think I’ll have have that wonderful trifecta of money, time, health to pull off this adventure. But I do enjoy reading the tales from the adventurers that can. I am thankful that Astro shared his story before his end.
Where my life is at right now, I can’t even put together 48 hours for a backpacking trip.
Monday begins with a new song Passion Pit. The new record will be called Kindred and it will be out on April 21st. You can preorder it tomorrow. The first single is “Lifted Up (1985).”
“Nineteen eighty-five was a good year!”
I still love “Take a Walk.”
