It was nice, Ash (the lead singer guy) was into my scooter, so I let him rip around after the set. He mentioned that today he would pull the ultimate tourist move and rent one from that place downtown. We shared a moment indeed.
I feel like a piece of ass because I flaked on the show last night. I went home after my show to watch some hockey. I ordered a pizza, cracked a beer. One turned into almost a six-pack, Nucks win… and I just wanted to cuddle a pillow on my couch. That and I was in no condition to drive, so no USS at Lucky Bar for me… bad radio DJ, bad. Next time.

The Morning After 
I heard the afternoon show on the radio. Sounded pretty crazy. They’re a very… “unique”… band.
bad radio dj indeed. it happen though… i understand.
you still feel like a bit of a douchebag though after enjoying someone’s company and then flaking on their gig. i used to do it all the time.
case in point for me… the dudes in that band Trapt. really nice dudes, had a great hang out sesh/dinner/beers with them… and then totally didn’t show up to their show.
we suck.
i think we’re going to see USS at the biltmore on saturday. i really want to see them live… we love their tunes. they’re on heavy rotation at our casa.
